The Crocobean franchise program offers an A-Z solution for keen investors willing to invest in a low-risk medium scale coffee shop. We offer fully operated, ready and running coffee shop businesses. Primarily, our franchise-available shops are located in the busiest streets around each city. You can have a look here. Furthermore, all our shops are furnished, fully equipped, and already running by the time we agree on a franchise agreement. 

Franchise period and operation

We sign the franchise agreement for 7 years, during which, we provide the roasted coffee, we also provide full technical and business support for the investor and the branch. When it comes to operating the branch, there are two operating options, you either operate it independently, or you may enlist us to operate it  for a portion of the monthly returns. We also provide full board training for the investor and the team, and take care of staffing initially, and during the 7 years when required.

Additional investment and residence permit information

To invest in one of our branches, the investor should own a firm that will operate this branch. You may choose to own1,2 or 3 Crocobean shops at once, and if you are more than one investor, you may invest in one firm and own a number of shops.

If you are not a resident of the EU, you may wish to apply for a residence permit to be able to own and operate the business. We provide full support in regards to residence permits in this matter, and the investor will be able to obtain a residence permit for them and their family.

Pricing Policy

The pricing for each of the shops depends on the location and the area of each branch. Once you choose a branch, you pay 10% of the investment and we begin the residence permit process if necessary. The next step is to sign the franchise agreement, and we transfer the ownership of the branch under your newly established firm. We sign the franchise agreement for seven years.
